实体肿瘤肾损害诊断
(一) 诊断线索对于肾胜病患 者出现以下几种情况之一者，应该仔细除外实体肿瘤肾损害:050岁以上的肾脏病患者;②临床有浅表淋巴结肿大或胸(覆)腔沸巴结肿大者:③水肿合并体重下降者:①体检发现有肿物者;⑤膜性肾病。
(二) 诊断标准C1]确诊 实体肿瘤骨脏损害，须满足以下3个标准:①手术彻底切除肿瘤或化疗肿瘤完全缓解后肾脏病的临床与病理表现亦获缓解:和(或)②肿瘤复发后骨脏病再次出现或加重和(或)1③肾组织上检查肿瘤抗原和(成)抗体阳性。
五、治疗原则
治疗实体肿瘤肾黄害应该采取治疗肿瘤为主治疗肾脏为辅的原则但应往意预防肿瘤治疗过程中的怪脏损害(参见第二:十篇第四章)。对于坚肾病综合征表现者，可参考肾病综合征的相应治疗措施，对于表现肾衰者，可给子相应保护肾功能适时安排肾脏替代的治疗。多数惠者在肿瘤治意或缓解后，肾脏病表现可逐渐消失或好转。
